Encore Schedule is the online scheduling and administration system of Encore Academy of the Arts (“Encore”, “we”, “us”). It is used by Encore staff, teachers and the families of enrolled students. By signing in to Encore Schedule you agree to these terms.
Access is by invitation only. Encore creates accounts for its administrators and teachers, and invites parents or guardians of enrolled students. You may not share your sign-in link or code with anyone else, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
You may use Encore Schedule to view and manage lesson schedules, enrollment, attendance and related information for your own role: staff for the academy’s operations, teachers for their own classes and students, and parents for their own household. You may not use the system to access information about other families, to copy or extract data in bulk, to interfere with its operation, or for any purpose unrelated to Encore’s programs.
How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Encore Schedule connects to QuickBooks Online, Encore’s accounting system, so that the office can see whether a family’s monthly invoice has been paid. Encore Schedule does not process card payments.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Encore Schedule at any time, and we may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. We aim to keep the system available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Encore Schedule is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Encore is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the system. Schedule information shown in the system is confirmed by the office; in case of a discrepancy, the office’s records control.
Encore may suspend or end your access at any time, for example when a student is no longer enrolled or an employee leaves. You may ask us to close your account by contacting the office.
